my left arm hurts from today's riding. im not sure if the fall caused it but its that "suan" feeling and i cant put my weight on it at all..

well, High Grade got spooked like 5 or 6 times and sure enough i fell off. just once. :) Inge lunged him a little bit and it took him like 50 plus rounds to get him back to a trot from a canter..

i actually got him in a frame and it went really well accept for the lil spooks..
