so saturday went to malaysia. had a lesson first. riding After Dark and lynn was riding Minx. After Dark's nice. except he tends to "fall asleep" while walking and i have to constantly squeeze his sides to get impulsion. but he was pretty nice on the canter and while doing leg yielding, half-pass and "reversing" 4 steps. it was fun.

then raining a little and we went out on trail. and im riding Brian and Lynn was riding High Grade. and she didn't wanna, neither did i cuz we all know by now that High Grade is a horse from hell if he's going for a trail ride...i was riding him once and he kicked Zack... lynn was riding him once and he started chasing after dark and me around the arena and he bucked lynn off. and kept trying to bite after dark. so was just holding on man...k but anyway. zack swapped lynns horse with Dirk. so when we were supposed to walk past this swing gate thing. and i was behind High Grade, which i didn't want to be cuz High Grade kicks. so zack thought it would be kind of him to swing the gate open for me and the wind became so strong, the gate swinged back and hit Brian and he got frightened which in turn, moved back, which in turn, hit Dirk which is turn scared him off a few strides. and everyone was like dont ever do that man... almost got us all killed. so then brian was alright at the second try but Dirk was really frightened. didnt wanna go near the gate at all. so eventually got him out and while walking on the road everything was going smoothly till Dirk decided to take refuge into the shrubs and lynn couldn't get him walking out of it. like every time she kicked, he'd move backwarkds further into the shrubs. and it was kinda annoying cuz we were trying out best to get him out and he just wouldn't wanna budge. so then we tried walking past him to make him follow and he'd follow us into the shrubs and then when we got out, Dirk didn't wanna follow. cuz i was behind Dirk trying to encourage him to step on out of the shrubs and High Grade was trying to lead him out. and Dirk just kept reversing and didn't care if he hit Brian or not so i know Brian bites and i didnt want him to bite Dirk and scare the hell out of him so i just turned Brian away and walked out of the shrubs. so zack dismounted and tried to pull Dirk out of the bushes but that didn't help. so zack got annoyed and we went back. so on the way back, Dirk was highly strung and there was this yellow car passing by and then the car hit the enging and which scared brian alittle and brian trotted for a few strides and suddenly there was this clashing of hooves behind me and im like omg. cuz i thought Dirk slipped on the road and could not stop in time for brian to get away but then i saw Dirk cantering off at the side of me and the noise made by Dirk scared Brian and High Grade so then Brian was trying to canter away and infront of him was high grade so high grade got scared and bucked and i'm just behind him trying to avoid him killing me and brian... and finally we got back to the stables...

on sunday, went to BTSC... then i was riding ocean jupiter, lynn was riding we are on, judith was riding penelope, and rebecca was riding general maximus. so lynn went first followed by rebecca, me and then judith. and oh oh, i didn't dare ride ocean jupiter so i swaped with lynn. so im riding we are on now.

so walked to the big arena and sandra was teaching the beginners class in the arena next to ours. and when sue asked us to trot...then we were trotting right past them and i heard sandra say to her students like "look at the next class, do you see any of their heels up?! no!! because they are smart! they know that if they fall they wont get trapped!!!" she was practically yelling at them and im like whoa... didn't know sandra had that kinda voice. could tell she wa pretty pissed. so we carried on doing our stuff and stupid rebecca was so slow on maximus. he wasn't even walking with any impulsion at all. its like he's crawling and judith and me were behind her and we had to keep holding our horses back cuz i know maximus will kick. he tried to kick me on Wanna before. and i didn't even see her legs trying to kick maximus or anything. so we did canter. and Rebecca looked as if she was gonna fall off. its like the way she sits looks so weird, she's bumping all over the place. and then it was my turn to canter to sue said we are on can get a little strong some times so keep a short rein. so i did and he was pretty alright, normal paced and i could feel like he was gonna stop so i had to keep a strong leg on him and in the process lost a stirrup and i didn't even noticed it (SERIOUSLY) until i stopped and rebecca was like. omg?! you lost a stirrup?! wassn't that scary?! im like. oh, i did? it felt normal. then she gave me that pai seah look and turned away. like what the hell. she keeps boasting abt going to thailand to ride every term holiday. so what she got eliminated in the 1.1 Preliminary Dressage. shit her. trying to act all expert and stuff.

i miss Jasper... this is a special tribute to Bob and Jasper. Bob died of asthma(first ever pony i rode in a lesson. he's nice but his canter was really fast then and i fell off him 2 times. but now, i wish i could ride his canter again but its too late to enjoy it now that he's gone.) Jasper was put to sleep as his foot was hurting really bad and he can never be cured so the best way for him was to put him to sleep. he hurt his leg after the many years of polo. i used to ride him almost every time we went out on trail and i felt that i could trust him with my life. they buried him along one of his favourite trails...
